You do not need to register with SSEP if you only want to browse through this website. However, if you want to use SSEP to contact investors, or the people promoting an investment opportunity, you will first need to complete the relevant registration form.
During registration a user is required to provide contact information (such as name and email address), and, where appropriate, details about their business and/or funding requirements. This information will be used in the course of the introduction process, as follows:
If you are looking for funding:
Initially, if your opportunity passes our review process, a summary of the nature of your business and its funding requirements will be circulated to SSEP “Investor Members,” each of whom is a potential investor.
Once an Investor Member expresses an interest in your project we may disclose additional information you have made available to us.
If you are a potential investor:
You will be requested to provide basic contact details at the time of your registration with SSEP to become an Investor Member. We will only use those contact details in order to present potential investment opportunities to you.
Investor Members may also be asked to provide further details on their personal background and investment preferences. At no point will any information regarding our Investor Members be disclosed to any other third party by SSEP without the Investor Member’s explicit consent.
By signing up as an Investor Member with SSEP you undertake to respect the privacy of all parties concerned. Specifically, you undertake not to disclose any contact or business details to third parties without the express written permission of those concerned.
