Understanding the Process
SSEPConnect follows a simple and straightforward approach to process investment opportunity applications.
Approved individuals or businesses are invited to become SSEPConnect Investor Members.
The following criteria apply when becoming (and to remain) an SSEPConnect Investor Member:
- All new members must complete and sign the SSEPConnect Membership Agreement.
- The Investment Committee will review all applications for membership and do its utmost to notify applicants in writing of their membership status within thirty (30) days of receipt of the completed application.
- Membership may be canceled at any time.
- Memberships may not be transferred.
- Membership is at the discretion of the SSEPConnect Investment Committee and is subject to renewal, non-renewal, revocation, or termination by SSEPConnect.
