SSEPConnect is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this Privacy Policy. SSEPConnect collects information from our users at several different points on our website.

Confidentiality

As much as possible, SSEPConnect strives to protect confidential information and intellectual property (IP) received by SSEPConnect from entrepreneurs and businesses seeking funding and from our Investor Members.

Those seeking investment should, however, carefully consider the nature of any confidential or commercially sensitive information that is included in their submission form for Investor Members, or in any other document that will be provided to Investor Members.

While not giving away commercially sensitive information, the information provided to Investor Members or to any other party should, of course, contain enough appealing material to persuade potential investors to carefully read and consider your investment opportunity.

After the initial stage, entrepreneurs and businesses seeking funding can (and should) require that all interested investors sign a legally enforceable confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement before releasing any confidential information to such potential investors or to any other party.
